labour
I have completed the cross stitch and have been working on the chart....
here is a screen shot of the chart; I stitched more than half from my chart, then free handed the rest. Copying what I stitched into the chart has been a labour.
Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. John 6:27

January 26 Work in Progress Wednesday Cross stitching
Almost finished with the butterflies around the border, then on to stitching the middle - I have used overdyed floss for the butterflies, choosing to use more of the pinkish dyed strands on the bottom right - I like the soft effect (using simply shaker floss in vintage lace)
thank you for looking :)

Work In Progress Wednesday, Butterfly Cross Stitch
Picking up from where I left off two+ years ago! and continuing to finish this cross stitch design, finishing two butterflies for this WIPW...
I designed it based on an antique filet pattern, and am stitching it in overdyed floss on white Jobelan fabric - the center will have some verses... :)
