Take a Stitch Tuesday 29

Hooray! got the early jump on the lovely Basque Stitch for this week, and am so excited I actually stitched...a peacock!  I am progressing :)  This stitch seemed hard, but after practicing, I really liked working it.  This is part of  Take a stitch Tuesday; you can find all the details, and even how to do the stitches, here at Sharon's' pintangle

    I love your Basque stitched peacock! What a great idea and very nicely done too. One of my boards on Pinterest is devoted just to peacocks :)
