Thanksgiving...always

[part of a gift I am making for someone special in my family :)]

It is Thanksgiving here in the US :) You are never alone, no matter where you are, or what your circumstances, call on God He is so near, He came to seek and save.  Our Lord Jesus, call on His name, He lives!

I am thankful, so very thankful to have hands and fingers :)  May you all see and know the many blessings of God, even amidst difficulties, still He has blessed us with His precious Son, because we needed to be saved from our sin! We needed God to come and save us and He did! May we know Him ~

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

there is hope, even when our hearts are breaking

I do not know what to post, so I just grabbed a photo of a recently finished shawl that I completed last month...the colors remind me of candies on gingerbread houses.....

my heart breaks for France....and the turmoil for people in this world......if I did not have a living hope, I do not want to imagine the despair...but we do have hope...we do

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. john 16:3

Breakneck speed...

Time flies of course! Except when time drags ;) been busily crocheting, and life has been busy...

Lots of growing and learning....

Not easy at all, but worth it after all

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. 1 corinthians 15:58

The Lord is the operative word, all rests in Him. Jesus is Lord, and He is God; the only One who can forgive, The only One  who saves.  What wonderful truth!!!

Needle felt bunnies

little ginger bunny wool needle felted ornament, or necklace....

and little white bunny :)   creating some wool needle felt items for my shop, to add to the crochet items available there.

Have relisted the cross stitch charts - I had offered them free a bit ago on the blog, but just saw that they are items that receive hits in my shop- so I will see if they sell -

He keeps me from fainting, there is no way I can live, but Christ liveth in me.  I will praise His name!
